The aim of the study was to investigate the significance and influence of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) stimulation in primary aldosteronism (PA) patients with simultaneous bilateral adrenal vein sampling (AVS). All patients diagnosed with PA underwent simultaneous bilateral AVS with ACTH.
