Personal subscriptions must be placed by individuals and are payable by personal check or credit card only. Only qualified professionals are eligible for personal subscriptions. Orders from individuals must include the recipient's name and private address and be paid by private funds.
Special introductory rates (20% discount on the list price) are valid for new personal subscribers only and are limited to the first year of subscription.
