Every year, Thieme Chemistry is engaged as a sponsor at many international conferences. In order to support the generation of MSc, PhD and postdoctoral students various poster prizes are awarded by us to the best posters at specific conferences in form of journal subscriptions or books. The selection of the poster prize winners is carried out by independent poster prize juries.

SYNFACTS Poster Prize awarded at BOS2024

The SYNFACT Poster Prize was awarded to Mikk Kaasik at the BOS2024.

SYNFACTS Poster Prize awarded at PHOTOCAT24

Álvaro Valdés Maqueda was awarded a poster prize at the School of Photochemistry: from Photocatalysis to Photobiology 2024 and received a 1-year subscription to our Thieme journal, SYNFACTS, and a monetary support of 200€.

Thieme Poster Prize awarded at FloHet2024

Upasana Gayen was awarded a poster prize at the Florida Heterocyclic and Synthetic Chemistry Conference 2024 and received a copy of the Science of Synthesis Workbench Edition: Stereoselective Synthesis, Vol. 1-3.
